Description
Jayr LLC is looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Translator/ Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management;
- Answer the calls at the Reception;
- Receive, register, coordinate the incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Translate and summarize all required documents, including letters and reports, from English language into Armenian language and vice versa; some translations will require technical vocabulary;
- Interpret in Armenian and English languages at bilateral and multilateral meetings;
- Update the database;
- Make business trips when required.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Linguistics;
- At least 2 years of advanced work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or Translator/ Administrative Assistant with the use of Armenian and English languages;
- Previous work experience in construction field is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English, Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office); excellent typing skills;
- Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated, energetic, hard-working, disciplined and confident personality with a high sense of responsibility;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Strong professional ethics and presentation skills;
- Flexibility, stress-resistance;
- Ability to deliver accurate work within strict deadlines.
