Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
RequiredQualifications
Relevant experience in product planning and some knowledge of evaluation methods in the design, development, and debugging of software programs.
Typically requires no previous professional experience. Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Follows standard practices and specific, outlined, and detailed procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds routine working relationships internally. Contacts are primarily with direct manager and other peers in the group or department.
