Description
Workfront is looking for a Product Manager to join its Yerevan office. The incumbent will report to the Group Product Manager based in the Company's US headquarters and be directly embedded within a corresponding engineering team. He/ she will be primarily responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle for a specified area of the Company's product and the product roadmap. Such product planning must be based upon continuously delivering value to existing and future customers to differentiate the Workfront suite of products. The Product Manager will gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements that align with the product vision and Company strategy. He/ she will carefully define scope to ensure successful, timely delivery of product changes. These product changes will include enhancements, additions, and overhauls to areas of the web-based software suite of the Company. This role requires coordination with the Company's internal engineering, QA, Sales and Product Marketing Departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, collaborative, and has strong communication skills. He/ she should be able to influence others in order to get things done as they will have no direct authority over team members.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and research opportunities for customer growth and expansion in the Enterprise Work Management space;
- Support strategy and execution of product roadmaps;
- Responsible for understanding the needs of current and future customers and how they leverage the product to get work completed effectively;
- Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and be the voice of the customer throughout the product development process;
- Research best practices and approaches as well as competitive solutions to enterprise software challenges deployed in B2B scenarios including scale, management, extensibility, flexibility, security, and global work coordination;
- Write epics and stories with sufficient detail necessary for engineering to successfully estimate and groom backlog;
- Ensure user stories are implemented in a manner consistent with the desired business outcome;
- Understand Agile development processes that ensure quality and produce expected customer outcomes;
- Own the creation and execution of user stories including development, signoff, release, and maintenance;
- Define, gather, and measure the success of features they deliver;
- Use data to inform decisions including sales and growth data, win/ loss rates, customer usage, and other market data;
- Experience conducting and analysing end user, product and market research;
- Work collaboratively with UX team and customers to ensure the experience is validated and incorporated into designs and requirements;
- Work collaboratively with the engineering lead team to triage, prioritize, and manage customer and internal defects on the backlog;
- Responsible for gathering, organizing, and responding to feature requests for their areas of ownership;
- Respond to inquiries/ needs from other areas of the business including support, sales, product marketing, and partners;
- Work with UX team to create simple user experiences that do not require significant amount of training.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field; master's degree is preferred;
- 4-6 years of experience in product management; SaaS experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of and work experience with Agile methodology is highly preferred;
- Ability to write user stories and technical documentations;
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and verbal;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical and process skills;
- Team oriented person with ability to motivate and work well with global, diverse and cross-functional teams;
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers/ partners.
