Description
The Consultant for Audit Chamber on Regular Financial and Compliance Auditing will provide consultancy in the financial and compliance audit planning, field works and write report according to the ISSAI 100 and ISSAI 400 standards (draft financial and compliance manuals of the Audit Chamber will be considered) and in line with the requirements of the law on Audit Chamber, international standards, and European Union good practice for the external audit in a municipality. The incumbent will assist in final formatting, shaping and presentation of audit reports; participate in at least one communication event with PFM partners and stakeholders.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 10 years of working experience in auditing, financial management and consultancy, accounting and public sector accounting;
- Experience in working with international organisations.
