Responsibilities
- Perform technical pre-sales activities in the field of server and network equipment, including provision of functional consultancy, comparison of various manufacturers' solutions, equipment selection as per the request of the client;
- Develop all sales projects in the framework of hardware of different vendors (HP, Cisco, EMC, NetApp, etc.);
- Cooperate with the manufacturers regarding mutual communication with the clients, technical and pricing issues, partner status and marketing;
- Do collaborative work with the sales managers and customers; provide consultancy on pricing issues and software and hardware of the products distributed;
- Monitor the customer base, analyze the current and future requirements/ demands;
- Perform marketing activities; participate in seminars, expos, conferences and presentations;
- Provide monthly reports on the activities performed;
- Accomplish the established programs of hardware solution sales.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Telecom;
- At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales;
- Common understanding of the principles of design, technologies and protocols;
- Common understanding of the architecture of modern server systems;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Knowledge of network-based server products and software;
- Knowledge of English language; ability to read technical literature in English language;
- Availability of Cisco certificates (CCNA and CCNP) is an advantage.
