Description
The incumbent will be responsible for supplying goods to units and branches of the company, recording the Bank's import and export operations and cooperating with state authorities and insurance companies.

Responsibilities
-Deliver inventories from the warehouse to the recipients
-Carry out procurement and supply of goods
-Arrange supply of packages to the Bank's regional branches in the Republic of Armenia
-Declare goods to Customs, release goods from Customs warehouses and deliver them to the Bank's warehouse, document export operations
-Submit applications and forms to the Republic of Armenia state authorities, handle documents, obtain approvals and permits and perform other functions
-Cooperate with the insurance companies partnering with the Bank in case of insurance events where the Bank's movable and immovable property is concerned
-Assist other units of the Bank in their daily activities
-Report on transportation and other expenses
-Report on fuel expenses
RequiredQualifications
-University degree
-Private car
-At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
-Communication skills, ability to handle conflict situations, team player skills
-Basic knowledge of banking and customs legislation
-Customs broker license will be a plus
-Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
-Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
-Communication skills and courteous manners
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work in a team
-Ability to make quick decisions
