Description
Pakshoo is looking for a secretary who will work in our Armenian office.
Responsibilities
-Answer telephones and give information to callers and visitors, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
-Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations
-Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
-Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
-Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information
-Maintain scheduling and event calendars
-Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
-Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondenceand other material
-Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements
-Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet
-Coordinate conferences and meetings
-Manage projects, and contribute to committee and team work
-Order and dispense supplies
-Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information
-Provide training and orientation to new staff logging or processing bills or expenses
-CRM
-Managing databases
-Prepares reports by collecting information
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-Secures information by completing database backups
RequiredQualifications
-Must have outstanding customer service and people skills
-Must be ambitious, hard worker and self- motivated
-Must have organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize
-Must have computer skills-Microsoft Office
