Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information on the Company activity, when needed
- Make oral and written translations from/ into Armenian-English-Russian languages
- Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries/ couriers
- Maintain security by controlling access
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
- Manage/ update office contacts database
- Responsible for the filing and archiving of documents
- Perform other relevant administrative duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- University Degree
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in using office equipment: copier, computer/ keyboard, telephone and fax
- Demonstrated communication and time-management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Adherence to higher working ethical standards, including honesty, confidentiality, responsibility and loyalty
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a professional, performance-based environment
- Goal-oriented team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
