VFS Global LLC is looking for an easy learner and enthusiastic Operator. The candidate will work temporary from 4 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all operations concerning documents acceptance;
- Check the documents in accordance with the specific requirements of the Embassy;
- Attentively listen and understand all the queries for satisfying the needs of applicants;
- Handle customer complaints and provide a rapid solution;
- Provide a range of services to customers;
- Fulfill other job-related duties.
RequiredQualifications
- Ability to work in a group;
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Detail-oriented personality;
- High sense of responsibility and ethics;
- Knowledge of Greek and Spanish languages is a plus.
