Description
Andava Digital Marketing Agency is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Specialist to help create content and strategy for the Company's print promotional items, packaging, signage, promotional videos, digital advertising, social media as well promotion of the Company's websites. The job holder must be a strategic thinker, creative, deadline- and detail-oriented person.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Company's branding and marketing strategy;
- Create marketing strategy and content for the Company's advertising and branding;
- Review all Company's marketing and advertising channels and strategize to improve sales;
- Develop marketing and sales strategy of the Company;
- Responsible for all promotional materials, trade-show marketing collateral, digital and social media marketing development;
- Organize marketing related activities according to the strategy defined;
- Identify new suppliers and increase clients' database;
- Responsible for the overall business growth and development.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business Development;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist;
- Strategic and creative thinker;
- Proficiency in English language;
- Proficiency in managing key social media platforms;
- Ability to achieve results and meet deadlines in an effective manner;
- Self-motivated person;
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.);
- Digital marketing skills and understanding of SEO and PPC are advantages.
