Anelik Bank CJSC is looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for the process of coordination of the attraction works and staff recruitment. The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will fulfill the duties given below.
Responsibilities
- Organize internal and external tenders for vacancies announced by the Bank;
- Recruit new employees according to the annual plan of HR recruitment;
- Develop and place internal and external job announcements to fill vacancies;
- Responsible for examination of CVs and applications of applicants, and short-listing;
- Organize and hold interviews in cooperation with the direct supervisor;
- Make, maintain and update the data base of job applications;
- Participate in career fairs and organize them upon necessity;
- Make cooperation agreements with higher educational institutions;
- Collect documents required from the newly admitted employees;
- Organize practices, interviews and testing;
- Collect and develop new job descriptions;
- Form and periodically update the staff reserve;
- Organize the evaluation process of the probation period;
- Recruit employees through headhunting;
- Organize the process of adaptation of new employees;
- Perform other job-related functions, as provided by the internal legal acts of the Bank.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- At least 1.5 years of experience in HR recruitment field; experience in the banking system is an advantage;
- Knowledge of banking legislation is an advantage;
- Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of Armenia, Russian and English languages;
- Negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Ability to solve issues in a quick and effective manner;
- Team player;
- Self-organized personality with a sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge and application of business ethics standards.
