Description
RESO Insurance CJSC is looking for an experienced Finance Director to oversee all areas of finance, including budgeting, cash management and forecasting, and drive the Company's financial strategy and planning.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare timely reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis according to the local legislation;
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual financial plan, monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions;
- Provide advice and support to the Company in terms of economic analysis and planning, developing internal financial and accounting policies and procedures;
- Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Executive Director and the Board Management;
- Oversee and analyze cash flow, including revenues, expenditures, accounts receivable and loan receivable;
- Analyze and conclude on new and alternative accounting, reporting and disclosure standards under IFRS.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant sector, from which at least 3 years in a managerial position;
- Qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of an equivalent qualification;
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices;
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting;
- High sense of responsibility and strong work ethic;
- Advanced computer skills: knowledge of MS Office and MS Project;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
