E-World Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner, skilled at getting the best out of the people and all the projects that they oversee. The incumbent will carry out risk assessment and inspire innovation in others through engagement and negotiation.

- Professional experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment (Scrum);
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector;
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools;
- Multitasking experience;
- Excellent computer skills and research skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in verbal and written English language;
- Ability to make smart feature (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs;
- Familiarity with Jira and Trello tools; ability to create well-structured user stories;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills, including the ability to communicate at all business levels;
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects;
- Demonstrated ability of working in a collaborative environment;
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically;
- Commercial awareness.
