Responsibilities
- Maintains financial records for the company
- Monitor and maintain company processes to guarantee timely reporting to tax and other government authorities
- Organize and maintain all company files and paperwork efficiently
- Create and provide financial and other reports to company management
- Regularly conduct audit of finance, employee files and other company documentation to ensure compliance to local laws/regulations as well as adherence to best practices in company management
- Communicate with external vendors and contractors to get things done in the company's best interests
- Ensure efficient and compliant operations of the company by automating routine tasks
RequiredQualifications
- At least a Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or management
- Practical knowledge of RA Tax and Labor legislation
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills and analytical mindset
- Mature, sociable personality with professional attitude
- Proven strong discipline and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate the internet to quickly research and learn unknowns
- Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
