Anelik Bank CJSC is looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Leading Specialist of VIP Service Unit for realizing the responsibilities mentioned below.
Responsibilities
- Identify customers' needs, propose favorable banking services;
- Provide individual advice/ information on banking services and products;
- Provide VIP customer service;
- Accept loan applications and ensure loan application processing;
- Open clients' deposit and other accounts, provide bank guarantees, as well as provide reference letters on their accounts and transaction statements;
- Sign, terminate, amend customer service in terms of lease agreements for individual deposit boxes, customer service in terms of deposit box services;
- Provide remote systems to clients, sign, terminate and amend related contracts;
- Responsible for sales of bonds;
- Attract new clients; actively cooperate with existing and potential clients;
- Perform other operations set forth by internal legal acts of the Bank.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics or Finance;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the banking system;
- Knowledge of the banking legislation;
- Knowledge of Cross sell;
- Knowledge of Lsoft is preferable;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Communicating and negotiating skills;
- Ability to solve issues in a quick and efficient manner;
- Teamwork skills;
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under pressure and take quick decisions.
