Responsibilities

·        Production Establishment: Establishing product range to meet the needs of contemporary market requirements (carpet making, wood crafts, bijouterie, postcards, etc.).

·        Equipment and Tools: Installing machines and equipment to ensure the production of arts and crafts in the Centre and Workshops.

·        Market Development: Enhancing targeted efforts to increase the shape of souvenirs in domestic as well as export markets through  promotion, exhibitions, buyer/seller meets, retail space, E-Commerce, etc.

·        Human Resource & Skills Development: Providing trainings and consultancy linked to Capacity building Activity.

RequiredQualifications

·        University Degree

·        Experience working in a related field

·        Knowledge of methods, tools, equipment and materials used in production of arts and crafts

·        Knowledge of the contemporary market requirements

·        Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, facilitation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, including experience with public speaking

·        Ability to work independently

·        Well-developed planning, organization, and problem solving skills

·        Ability to be innovative in promoting collaboration across organizations
