- Handle customers' inquires through all communication channels
- Collect customers' feedback and if necessary escalate to the relevant department
- Follow up on the accomplishments of registered customer requests
- Provide up-selling and cross selling techniques

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer services related fields
- Excellent communication skills
