Description
Dispatch Experts is looking for a highly energetic and enthusiastic Telesales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about Company products and services, closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Company products and services;
- Generate and qualify leads from cold calling;
- Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them;
- Conduct sales presentations through the phone and other media when necessary;
- Build a favorable and professional Company image through phone interaction and account management;
- Complete and provide reports to management when required;
- Perform other domain-related tasks as assigned by management.

RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral;
- Previous experience in cold calling/ telesales domain will be a plus;
- Patience, persistence and persuasiveness;
- Strong negotiation and sales skills;
- Proactive person with problem-solving skills;
- Computer-savvy and data entry skills;
- Highly energetic and motivated person.
