Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparations for the store opening/closing processes
- Control cash transactions; keep cash records
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Participate in seasonal "buys" and building the merchandise range/forecast
- Maintain visual merchandising polices
- Evaluate local market competition and analyze pricing strategies
- Plan and maximize the sales and profit of the brand
- Follow stock levels of merchandise during the seasons
- Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct analysis
- Manage the staff and distribute the duties of employees during the shift, register staff attendances, monitor staff schedules
- Conduct training with employees: providing information about offered products, sales strategies in the shop, customer service tactics, about resolving issues with clients and delivering excellent customer service
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
RequiredQualifications
- Age: 27-40
- Gender: female
- University degree in Management, Marketing or related field
- At least 2 year experience as a Store Manager: experience of managing a Brand including Merchandise Buying, Store Operations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of ArmSoft is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Strong people-management, leadership and performance management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong understanding and passion in following fashion trends
- Understanding of merchandising tools and practices
- Ability to travel
- Driver license and car availability is a plus
