Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Scheduling, coordinating and confirming interviews with candidates and interviewers
- Taking care of relevant reservations and interview room bookings
- Posting and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Acting as Workfront Talent Branding Ambassador along with the People & Culture team
- Participating in Job fairs and career days
- Initiating and organizing meet-ups targeting relevant talent communities
- Insuring Workfront Armenia Social presence
- Other HR and Talent Acquisition related tasks upon request What you'll learn:
- Complete understanding of Recruiting life cycle
- Sourcing techniques and Sources
- Greenhouse administration
- Critical and important skills on how to create and maintain best candidate experience
- What it means to be a Workfronter
RequiredQualifications
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business or Economics
- You have at least basic understanding of HR role and its importance for the company
- You have some experience in Tech companies (volunteering, internship, training or any other event) and are ready to tell us a bit about it
- Nice to have some previous Recruiting and /or Talent attraction experience
- You are tech savvy and have basic skills of using Google calendar, G-Suite package, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
