Responsibilities

- Follow a complete Smart Start curriculum
- Develop daily lesson plans for the assigned group
- Motivate and stimulate children's abilities by using a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc.)
- Create and organize learning materials and resources
- Assess and write reports on children's performance and progress on regular basis according to the Smart Start assessment plan
- Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
- Maintain an open line of communication with the Smart Start team

RequiredQualifications
We welcome all those thinking teachers who have the:
- Passion to work with 3-6 years old children
- Interest in teaching
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of another language (French, Russian) is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and self-development
