Description
Shoonch Yoga Studio is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Support Manager to provide exceptional administrative and customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them an administrative support;
- Represent and sell products and services to the current and new customers;
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Maintain day-to-day updates to customer software database;
- Carry out financial transactions and reports at the end of each day (cash and credit card transactions);
- Maintain the Company's social media activities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and e-mail marketing);
- Undertake other duties such as organizing events and workshops.
RequiredQualifications
- Students and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
- Strong sense of urgency, discipline, commitment;
- Well-organized and flexible person;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good communicator with both written and verbal skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively;
- Customer service oriented with a high degree of attention to detail and love for dealing with people;
- Good command of MS Office, Google Docs and Google Sheets;
- Good graphic design skills or willingness to learn such;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of social media marketing (SMM) will be an advantage.
