Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Responsible for Non-Resident Customer Relations to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales plan for non-resident customers;
- Organize database of potential and acting non-resident customers and partners;
- Analyze non-resident customers' needs regarding banking services, including conducting negotiations with customers;
- Prepare an official offer for non-resident customers on banking services;
- Submit proposals resulting from negotiations with non-resident customers to the competent authority;
- Provide sales support for all banking services in respect of non-resident customers and actual sale under current sales plan;
- Ensure and optimize non-resident customer quality service, submit proposals on banking services, internal business processes;
- Provide periodically requested queries, information, founding and other documents arising from KYC, AML requirements for non-resident customers;
- Provide technical advances to automate non-credit operations.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, preferably with non-resident customers, for the last 7 years;
- Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of LS-Bank is desirable;
- Knowledge of management basics, sales methods and techniques;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of English language.
