Description
We are looking for a well-organised and communicative young people to join our big team as an Operations Manager to manage multiple products requirements based on region.
Responsibilities
-Review operational expenses, budget estimates, betting accounts or collection reports for accuracy
-Monitor operational quality or safety
-Report customer-related incidents occurring in gaming areas to supervisors
-Communicate with management and other specialists to resolve ongoing problems
-Analyze information and evaluate results, solve problems, make decisions
-Enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in written or electronic/magnetic form
RequiredQualifications
-Proficiency in English language
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong problem solving skills
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Good team player
-Ability to operate, coordinate and execute operations within project's scope
-Proven managerial skills and experiences
-Technical background would be considered as an advantage
-Available to travel as needed within the project's framework
