Description
Intertech is currently looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties, including a wide range of support activities inside the HR Department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining the employee database to posting job ads.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive;
- Compile and update employee records;
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel;
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications;
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.) and take minutes;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.);
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures;
- Assist in the whole recruitment lifecycle (onboarding new hires, candidate sourcing, etc.);
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree; degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus;
- Experience as an HR Assistant or in a relevant human resources/ administrative position;
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language;
- Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic knowledge of labor laws;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
