Responsibilities
- Determine training needs by analyzing the staff performance, observing results reports, conferring with managers and consulting of the training team
- Develop and implement sales training programs
- Develop training assessments and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities for employee development
- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; provide coaching and conduct training sessions
- Maintain course materials, facilitator guides, learning aids, and reference materials
- Produce training materials (participant and instructor's guides, training outlines, syllabus, handouts and visual aid materials)
- Participate in the recruitment process of trainers, supervise and ensure development of functional trainers
- Design training material using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos or lectures
- Coordinate training schedules with the hiring and training demands of the departments and business goals
- Participate in the recruitment process of trainers, supervise and ensure development of functional trainers
- Be involved in e-learning procedure, participate in creation of online training materials and courses
RequiredQualifications
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience as a corporate trainer or similar role
- Knowledge of the methodology for creating training programs in soft skills, sales skills
- Аbility to work in coaching format
- Trainings portfolio is a plus
- Sense of Empathy with an approach to view things from learners' point of view
- Adaptability and willingness to maintain strong communication with company personnel and explore new techniques of self-improvement
- Excellent time and relationship management skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
