POSITION PURPOSE



Japan Tobacco International in Armenia is opening the Corporate affairs and Communication Department trainee position (Agency staff / out-staff) based in Yerevan.



We are looking for a self-organized and detailed oriented person, providing support to local communication team.

Line Manager: Corporate Affairs and Communication Manager, Yerevan
Contract Type: Temporary (4 months – September to December 2019) with the possibility of prolongation

Responsibilities
-Interviewing staff, drafting written materials for internal and external communications in line with JTI's internal standards,
-Preparing short videos and other materials for in-house Business TV, Intranet and other communication platforms,
-Supporting with various translations, mainly from English to Armenian and vice a versa,
-Developing, updating and maintaining of the incoming and outgoing communication log book.

RequiredQualifications
-All you need is: motivation, right attitude & wish to develop,
-Solid writing skills of Armenian, English and Russian languages,
-Good interpersonal and communication skills,
-Knowledge of Armenian media landscape will be a plus
