Varks.am is looking for an enthusiastic Branch Customer Host who will provide centralized customer service to the Branch by answering questions and providing guidance regarding Company products/ services.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to all customers coming to the Branch;
- Provide excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relations;
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions;
- Help customers to fill online application by recording customer data;
- Help customers to do transactions: payment, extension;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Service or in other relevant fields;
- Sales skills and willingness to be involved in active sales;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
