Description
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Platform Operations Coordinator to join our awesome team.
Responsibilities
-Contribute to the direction of agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
-Help in product backlog preparation and requirement formation
-Work closely with PO, PM and Scrum Master to ensure stable work of the product and provide fast solutions to problems
-Provide initiative in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release and sprint goals
-Research and analyze market, user experience and work closely with PO on new features
-Follow our competitors and the industry
-Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
-Test new and existing features and ensure 100% operation in production
-Accept and manage incident flow from A-Z, being the primary contact for customer care, and guaranty its solution within the SLA
-Prepare and present weekly/monthly statistics on incident flow, reasons (root cause of problems) and timing of resolutions, and work closely with PO for increasing quality of product
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's Degree
-Previous work experience in Gaming industry would be a big plus
-Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
-Knowledge of agile process and principles
-Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Motivated and team player
-Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
-Attention to details
