Description
Sportmaster Armenia is currently looking to hire an experienced Lawyer who will be responsible for leading all the aspects of the legal function closely cooperating with executives and the operations team.
Responsibilities
-Full legal consultancy in all legal spheres related to the company;
-Preparation and revision of contracts;
-Negotiating and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company;
-Representing the company in court and other authorities;
-Development and participation in projects with legal affiliation;
-Further optimization of legal processes in the company;
-Sparing-Partner in Legal questions for employees and the management;
-Defend organization's rights in contract settlements, negotiations and litigation;
-Overtake all necessary actions for the protection of the legal interests of the company
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in law, LLM (Master of Laws) degree is preferable;
-At least 5 years of professional work experience in law firm and/or large retail firm;
-Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both spoken and written;
-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization;
-Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues;
-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
