Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing human resources policies
- Managing a payroll process
- Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations
- Proactive support of the delivery of the HR Process
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
- Guides management and employee actions by developing policies, procedures, and guidelines communicating and enforcing organization values
- Build a strong relationship with the internal clients
- Staff motivation/consulting
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting process
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches organizational culture and strategy
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
RequiredQualifications
- A candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in a senior managerial position within the HR department or as a Payroll Manager
- Strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A candidate must be highly organized, have an ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, have excellent negotiation skills and be service-oriented
