Responsibilities
- Perform a wide array of tasks, including checking corporative emails, drafting correspondence
- Draft, translate and support in designing of promotional and visibility materials in a timely manner
- Perform a variety of office tasks including meeting arrangements, documentation and filing, procurement of necessary supplies
- Support and organize meetings and general events
- Implement and continuously improve new talent acquisition process, including staff selection, hiring, and targeted sourcing
- Control the smooth onboarding and adaptation of new hired staff
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned under the immediate supervisor
RequiredQualifications
Position Requirements:
- BA degree in Communications, Languages, Social Sciences or any other relevant area
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills: professional email/phone correspondence
- Presentation proficiency
- Strong understanding and ability to use social media platforms
- Strong administrative skills, with ability to multi-task multiple priorities and activities simultaneously Desired Attributes and Experience:
- At least one-two years of professional work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive outlook, and a demonstrated ability to work well within team structure
- Ability to inspire and motivate others, and lead by example;
- Creative and resourceful problem solver and ability to independently identify and troubleshoot operatinal challenges
- Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, judgment and ability to work effectively in collaboration with the team
