Responsibilities
- Set up workstation, PC and necessary peripheral devices for new hire staff
- Check and ensure proper functionality of office hardware equipment (computers, printers, supporting stuff)
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment if necessary
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
