Description
Spain visa application center in Yerevan is looking for a Submission Officer on a contract basis.
Contract duration: 2 months with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.
From Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00
Start and finish times may be subject to change due to business requirements, so some flexibility will be required.
Responsibilities
-Processing applications and data entry
-Handover of Passports to the High Commission and/or its Consulates.
-Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
-Handling of postal applications
-Scanning and uploading of documentation
-Tracking of passports
-Handling customer queries in person, by email, and on the telephone
-General administration duties
-The above list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be required from time to time in line with business requirements
RequiredQualifications
-Previous experience in a client facing role or Customer Support is a plus
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
-A good attention to accuracy and detail
-A proactive can-do attitude
