Responsibilities
Create UX & UI deliverables for Web & Mobile products
Ensure designs communicate effective & consistent experiences
Follow a user-centered design process, understanding the business needs, user goals, motivations & behaviors
Take full ownership & responsibility of your work for every last detail
Lead junior designers to grow by sharing design & industry knowledge & trends
Maintain & develop the company branded materials
RequiredQualifications
3+ years of experience designing Web and Mobile Products
Excelent understand of what it takes to create intuitive, consumer-oriented experiences
Expert level understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user experience, visual design, and content strategy.
Proven experience in creating Web & Mobile Products
People-focused design mentality and readiness to improve design instinct through user feedback
Expert knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision (Principle is a plus)
Excellent and professional communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities
Good time management skills and a great attitude
Awareness of latest design and technology trends for all platforms
Sensitivity to typography, colour and a practical grasp of physics and animation will be an advantag
