Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the documentation template
- Documentation processing from scratch, using frameworks of Agile methodology
- Development, coordination and registration of technical documentation for the company's projects (mobile applications, client-server solutions, backend, workplaces of technical support operators)
- Processing and maintaining up-to-date status of existing documentation
- Interaction with a team of developers and testers to reflect the received data in the documentation
- Collection, analyze, formalization of requirements for the product
- Development of functional specifications and technical tasks
- Restore requirements for already implemented features
- Research of the subject area and collection of missing information from the project team
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding the features of the work in IT companies
- Advanced PC user
- Ability to orientate quickly in different situations
- English language reading / writing technical texts, knowledge of IT-terminology is required
- Work experience as a technical writer (documenter)
- Experience in the development, maintenance of project and operational documentation
- Work experience in IT companies or banking structures
- Knowledge of specialized means of documentation in the Wiki-system Confluence is a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of the wide range of other tools for documenting is a plus
- High learning ability and ability to focus on the final result
- Higher technical or economic education
