Description
AGBU Armenia is looking for a highly qualified and motivated specialist for the position of Team Leader for its Bridge4CSOs project. In accordance with the established policies and procedures of AGBU Fund Armenia and in compliance with the EU guidelines, the Team Leader is in charge of overall management of Bridge4CSOs project. The Team Leader reports to AGBU Armenia's General Director.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of the project's technical outputs and all result areas (6 work packages) to the satisfaction of the AGBU Armenia;
- Responsible for financial and human resource management of the project;
- Responsible for leadership and supervision of the programme delivery team, both technically and managerially;
- Manage the programme team and all its resources;
- Responsible for management and oversight of programme monitoring and evaluation systems and processes, in collaboration with the dedicated monitoring and evaluation lead;
- Provide overall strategic guidance, policy guidelines and programme progress against targeted results;
- Provide accurate and timely reports, including progress against targets and risks, to AGBU, Project Steering Committee and the Donor;
- Provide overall strategic direction to the project in close liaison with the AGBU Armenia, EPF and European Union Delegation;
- Lead and coordinate the implementation, quality assurance, monitoring and reporting (both technical and financial reports) of all programme activities as foreseen in the Description of Action, Inception Report and latest logical framework;
- Lead the preparation and implementation of workplans and other planning documentation;
- Ensure sound financial management, including the application of cost share allocation and value for money principles;
- Oversee the performance management of programme staff and experts and carry out further recruitment as needed;
- Maintain and regularly update the programme risk management plan;
- Responsible for continuous liaison, engagement and relationship management with key programme stakeholders including outreach to Armenian Diaspora;
- Ensure effective skills transfer and capacity building through mentoring and coaching of programme staff;
- Ensure the capture and dissemination of lesson/ stories/ case studies related to the delivery of programme results, as part of the wider communication, publicity and visibility effort.

RequiredQualifications
- Master's or higher degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant fields;
- 5 years of professional experience in the field of non-profit organizations, preferably in Armenia;
- At least 5 years of experience in practical project management;
- Experience in projects funded by European Union is an advantage;
- Experience in civil society development;
- At least 5 years of experience of working with international organizations;
- At least 5 years of experience of working with Civil Society and/ or Civil Society related issues;
- Excellent management and organizational skills;
- Advanced knowledge of the European Union's monitoring and reporting requirements;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Self-discipline, attention to details and time management skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Ability to motivate and proactively lead a diverse team;
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and flexibility, drawing on previous policy and practice while also creating new and innovative solutions;
- Action orientated person;
- Person open to identifying and sharing learning and encouraging dissemination;
- Advanced problem-solving abilities.
