Responsibilities
- Check computer hardware and related equipment;
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary devices and ensure functionality;
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications (MS Windows (7,10), MS Office 2010-2016, Oracle Client, Armenian Software, etc.);
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions;
- Assist guests with internet connection TV and phone usage issues;
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel;
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components, testing and recovery of cabling systems;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone;
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor/University degree in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in IT technical support operations;
- Knowledge of PC Hardware/Software components, troubleshooting skills;
- Understanding of Network Routing and Switching principals;
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Active directory, etc.;
- Knowledge of Analog/IP PBX operation (preferable);
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages (preferable);
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with remote support teams;
