Responsibilities

•  Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion and post-completion

•  Document all project milestones, including meeting minutes, schedule, change requests, project scope and weekly status reports

•  Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope

•  Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

•  Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals

•  Report and escalate to management as needed

•  Communicate with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

•  Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

•  Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

•  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, lead quality assurance

•  Monitor project progress, report on progress as well as problems and solutions as needed

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

RequiredQualifications

•  University degree in an appropriate field of study

•  Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent

•  Proven work experience in project management

•  Excellent client-facing and internal communication/negotiation skills

•  Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/ or change management

•  Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques

•  Basic technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•  Fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of German will be considered an advantage

•  Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

•  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

•  Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

•  Ability to work independently
