Description
Reporting to the Director and Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing campaigns to support the growth and expansion of cardiology line of Victoria Consulting. Responsibilities will include developing sales presentations, training materials, and marketing collateral to enable the sales and account management teams to achieve maximum success. He/ she will perform market analyses and monitor market trends, competition, new products, and pricing specific to products and services associated with the market, as well as plan, develop, execute and report on-going strategic plans.

RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Medicine of Pharmacology;
- At least 3 years of work experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing;
- Experience in cardiology, endocrinology fields is preferred;
- Direct experience in managing and leading teams is preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to translate complex technical and scientific concepts into high-impact marketing materials;
- Strong strategic, analytical, and synthesis skills;
- Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals associated with Company objectives;
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude;
- Strong organizational and project management skills are preferable;
- Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
