Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of business procedures;
- Implementation of CRM system;
- Monitoring of financial indicators;
- Monitoring and ensuring the growth of company’s key indicators;
- Ensuring smooth operation of all departments of the company;
- Responsible for creating and developing the team;
- Launching and parallel development of different educational products;
- Make weekly reports.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing;
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills;
- Highly motivated and results-driven person;
- Detail-oriented person with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
