Responsibilities
-
Deliver service and support to customers
-
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;

Determine customer issue by evaluating and analyzing customer requests;

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
-
Research required information using available resources;

Follow standard processes and procedures;

Identify, prioritize and escalate(as needed) Customer issues;

Redirect problems to appropriate department;
-
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of solving customers’ issues;

Follow up with customers where necessary;

Stay current with company products, services, changes and updates;
RequiredQualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in related fields;
-
At least one year of experience in a technical support role;

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS;
-
Strong customer service and communication skills;
-
An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently;
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively and be a quick learner;
-
Excellent English writing skills;
-
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
-
Willingness to cooperate with others and work for the greater good.
