Description
Responsibilities
- Handle appraisal of the pledged property or assets being pledged, oversee the pledging process, identify issues, if any
- Collect information on overdue receivables and credit files from other units of the Bank, maintain their register and exercise ongoing control
- Lead the whole process of sale of the foreclosed property and assets that have passed into possession of the Bank
- Organize and control repossession of the pledged property in an extrajudicial procedure and public sale processes
- Prepare NPL references, opinions and reports
- Prepare analytical reports
- Whenever required, write literate, grammatically correct and meaningful applications or explanations to the state authorities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the SS and Head of NPL Unit
RequiredQualifications
- University degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet and AS system
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable and will be considered a plus
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong critical thinking
- Background and skills in sales of real estate
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, good manners
- Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
