Description
We are looking for on the hunt for a successful Social Media Manager who will develop, monitor and implement social media strategies and brand communication across Facebook, LinkedIn,Instagram, YouTube and any other relevant platforms and communities.
Responsibilities
-Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
-Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
-Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
-Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
-Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
-Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
-Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
RequiredQualifications
-Proven work experience as a Social media manager, Experience in a Excellent copywriting skills
-Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
-Well orientated around Social Media networks laws and rules concerning online casinos
-Excellent written skills in Armenian English and Russian, grammar, punctuation and spelling
-Understanding / knowledge of PR
-Experience of Facebook Business Manager.
-Experience of managing projects and delivering on time and to budget
-Experience in customer focused environment is essential as to be able to get back on player questions in the forums directly
-Understanding of a multi-channel environment
-Adobe design skills in PS
-BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
