Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver intensive curricula for enterprise development/improvement process (this will cover ideation and innovation thinking, social business canvas modelling, value proposition development/improvement, customer canvas, rapid prototyping, marketing, financial planning, and social business plan development and improvement).
- Lead market research and the development of an improved business plan.
- Work with each CSO to finalise their draft social enterprise improvement and development plans (this will include: (1) a business viability/feasibility plan, (2) an upgrade/implementation plan, (3) a Pathway Model analysis and strategy to enhance legitimacy formulation and accountability schemes for social enterprises, and (4) a strategy either to contribute directly to the CSO’s mission or to help each CSO improve their revenue formulas and diversify their financial resources.
- Provide technical supervision to development of 6 and upgrade of 4 CSO social enterprise activities.
- Contribute to development of a micro-franchise model to replicate and sustain the model and improve market access.
RequiredQualifications
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with social enterprise upgrade or development, and social businesses;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing business planning training;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing coaching, mentoring or expert support for businesses and CSOs;
- Knowledge in business marketing and financial planning;
- Demonstrated understanding of CSOs, gender equality and women’s empowerment;
- Excellent written and spoken Armenian;
- Ability to work and contribute in a team;
- Good written and spoken English.
