Responsibilities

Check doors and stairwells to make sure locks are secure

Be prepared to respond to potentially dangerous situations and restore calm and control at any given moment

Monitor security cameras, alarm systems and other electronic surveillance equipment and respond accordingly when needed

Ensure that guests follow building rules and behave in a ruly manner

Escort unruly guests and strangers out of the property if necessary

Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager (including check ins and checkouts procedures)

Complete maintenance tasks if needed
