Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and verify data entry associated with the calculation of staff salaries into the ArmSoft;
- Prepare statement of expenditures and payroll sheet;
- Proceed with provision of monthly/annual payment statements to the staff;
- Calculate bonuses, additional payments, deductions, advance payments and sick-leave certificate;
- Implement calculation and control over loans provided to the staff;
- Ensure the development of staff annual leave schedule;
- Calculate the appropriate amounts of annual leaves;
- Maintain the database of annual leaves and prepare corresponding reports;
- Carry out final settlement of accounts of dismissed employees as per the specified procedure;
- Implement contract and relevant act verification and accordingly calculate the contract amount of service contractors;
- Prepare payroll sheet and state the expenditures as per the contract;
- Prepare monthly reports on salary related expenditures;
- Make recommendations on the reduction of payroll expenditures, as needed;
- Participate in the payroll budget development activities;
- Carry out monthly analysis related to staff payroll in terms of leaves and other additional payments.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge in accounting (especially in terms of salary);
- Knowledge of the RA Labor and Tax Code.
- Knowledge of financial analysis methods
- Knowledge of Armenian and other required accounting software;
- Good linguistic skills: Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- PC skills (MS-Office);
- Analytical skills;
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills;
- Problem solving and team working skills.
