Description
IUNetworks LLC is looking for a Lawyer, who will have the primary responsibility to give legal advice, review business documents and other legal documents and negotiate business agreements, such as contracts.
Responsibilities
-Specific work elements of the job include but are not limited to:
-Draft and review contracts, corporate resolutions and other legal documents (including in English and Russian as needed)
-Give accurate and timely advice in a variety of legal issues
-Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
-Provide legal opinions based on the RA legislation regarding various aspects of the company's operations
-Represent the company in relations with private and public entities
RequiredQualifications
-Master's degree in Law
-At least 2 years of professional work experience in a law firm, as an in-house legal adviser or in a related field
-Good knowledge of Armenian Civil Law, Company Law, Contract Law
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages, as well as written and verbal communication skills
-Good networking and communication abilities both verbal and in writing
-Analytical thinking and analytical abilities
-Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
-Experience in IT sector is a plus
