Responsibilities
- Assimilate information on the products extracted from various teams and the processes and re-write into User Guides, How-to Articles, FAQs and other related documentation with defined style, ensuring that it is clearly articulated
- Assess internal client requirements and review existing documents
- Work with graphics designers as required, maintaining a comprehensive library of images
- Schedule regular reviews of the knowledge base to identify areas that need to be updated/expanded, keeping the documentation up to date
- Provide regular trainings to users of the knowledge base as required and gather feedback on a regular basis
RequiredQualifications
- University degree
- PC and MS Office literacy
- At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
- Strong time management/prioritization skills
- Strong written English language skills
- Strong attention to details
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
