Description
We are looking for a Knowledgebased Manager who is responsible for maintaining and expanding a database of pre-written content to improve proposal quality.
Responsibilities
-Assimilate information on the products extracted from various teams and the processes and re-write into User Guides, How-to Articles, FAQs and other related documentation with defined style, ensuring that it is clearly articulated
-Assess internal client requirements and review existing documents
-Work with graphics designers as required, maintaining a comprehensive library of images
-Schedule regular reviews of the knowledge base to identify areas that need to be updated/expanded, keeping the documentation up to date
-Provide regular trainings to users of the knowledge base as required and gather feedback on a regular basis
RequiredQualifications
-University degree
-PC and MS Office literacy
-At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
-Strong time management/prioritization skills
-Strong written English language skills
-Strong attention to details
-Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
